This FAQ is based on the most common questions we get asked about outsourcing and our services in particular.

Q.  Do you accept an unlimited number of clients?

A. No. We limit our client numbers to maintain a manageable workload for our Team. We do, periodically, accept new clients; but only after we have determined we can efficiently handle additional work.  Customer service is our top priority.

Q. Are you currently accepting new clients? (question dated August 10, 2010)

A. No – at this time, we are not accepting new long-term/Elite clients. However, we may be able to accept a QuickSourcing client – contact us to discuss what work you need.

Q. How much do you charge?

A. We have two types of outsourcing services:

Long-term Outsourcing Management: our service packages based on a flat-monthly recurring fee.  Contact us for pricing for our long-term outsourcing management services. We currently have three outsourcing management package levels available:

  • Platinum -  80 tasks. A nice amount of tasks for the busy business owner
  • Platinum Plus -  160 tasks + up to two 30-minute phone calls with your Project Coordinator per week. A great package for those who prefer to talk to someone on the phone regarding the work they need to have done
  • Elite Personal Assistant -  a Virtual Assistant available up to 30 hours per week via phone, email or Skype. For the business owner requiring full time help. In addition to the services listed on our normal task list, Elite clients also receive these exclusive tasks:
    • Backlinking for SEO
    • Custom graphic design
    • Custom web design
    • eCommerce setup & management
    • Help desk management
    • Membership site setup & management
    • Social media account setup, customization & management

QuickSourcing: for short-term outsourcing in one to six month commitment term-lengths.

Q. Do tasks rollover?

A. Yes and No.

Tasks do NOT rollover, on our long-term Outsourcing Management services; they renew each month.

Tasks DO rollover on our QuickSourcing services.

Q. When are tasks charged?

A. Tasks are charged for your service package month in which they were submitted. So if your package renews on the 15th of the month, and you submitted tickets on the 12th of the month, and also on the 16th of the month; the tasks charged for the work on the tickets dated the 12th, are credited for that month and the tasks for the work on tickets submitted on the 16th are charged on the next month.

Q. What if I don’t use all my tasks?

A. Tasks limits should be seen more like insurance policies – they are there each month, should you need them. Any work you have done during a package month is of value and help to you. We do not offer refunds on unused tasks.

On our QuickSourcing services, roll-over tasks can not exceed 3 times your monthly allotted tasks. For example: if you sign up for our Gold level QuickSourcing service with 40 tasks, the most tasks you can ‘bank’ or roll-over and store is 120 (40 x 3).
