- You pay one flat monthly fee each month¹
- When you need help with your web site or blog, you submit a support ticket at the online help desk
- Your Web Tech Team will take care of it for you.

How Much Does It Cost?
We offer three managed tech support service packages: Platinum, Gold and Silver.
Platinum level service for the low monthly price of $499 †
Gold level service for the low monthly price of $399 †
Silver level service for a low monthly price of $299 †
Let’s break that down a bit, and give you a monetary reference on our task system…
Platinum members pay $499 per month ÷ 160 tasks = $3.11 per task!
Gold members pay $399 per month ÷ 80 tasks = $4.98 per task!
Silver members pay $299 per month ÷ 40 tasks = $7.47 per task!

Need a new blog installed? We charge 5 tasks for a full blog install. Platinum Members that equates to about $3 per task or equates to slightly more than $15
- Want a shopping cart set up? For example, using the wp-ecommerce WordPress plugin ecommerce setup is only 5 tasks and for Gold members, that equates to less than $5 per task, or equates to less than $25.
You could not hire a ‘per hour’ professional to install a blog for less than $15, or to setup a shopping cart for less than $25! This is the affordability and beauty of managed tech support services and utilizing our flat monthly rate and task based system.

¹ Monthly fees are recurring each month and your account will automatically be billed each month on the anniversary day of your initial sign-up date. Clients are free to cancel their service any time prior to the following month’s renewal date.
