In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

For your convenience, the support center is available 24/7 to receive support tickets. However, our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Central US time. Tickets submitted outside of our normal business hours, will be assigned to a Team member the next business day.

At this time, due to current ticket volume in queue, the average expected completion time for most tickets is 3-7 days.We are working diligently to improve ticket completion times.
